Adam was recommended by a friend who needed some remedial work doing to her father's house. I needed someone to convert a couple of rooms to make a sitting room and a bedroom in my house to accommodate my parents. Adam and Paul did this and some damp solving and repoint in as well, they did such a great job that when I wanted a revamp for my sitting room, I asked them to do that as well. Since then they have done some garden work, converted some old cupboards and outside loo into a pantry with fitted cupboards and the piece de resistance my new kitchen which is everybody's favourite room. I needed my utility room converting into a bathroom / utility room for my mum and I replaced my ensuite bathroom with a stylish freestanding shower unit, vanity unit and loo, I wouldn't consider anybody else when it comes to home improvements, so Adam and Paul to the rescue. Retford property maintenance have done quite a bit of work for us in the last 12 months. We have had a door taken out and bricked up so far with a window put in, with the inside finish being plastered. Adam and Paul have also put our fencing and gates up and have also done the ridge tiles on the bungalow. When we moved house they have been in and sorted the paved area out and slope into the garden for the carport so I can park my car in. Adam recently did some roofing, pointing and painting for us. He was very professional and even did a drain repair that we didn't realise needed doing which was very much appreciated. No job is too big or too small, I have set many challenges with leaks in ceilings, rebuilding outhouse door ways, tiling kichen floor.
